Artist bio: Through my career in architectural technology and interior design, I have gained considerable experience in both drawing and presentation work. I enjoy the built environment and particularly like being outside sketching urban scenes. My preference is to work with mixed media - charcoal, pastel, acrylic and watercolour, using a larger scale whenever possible. I find the architecture of this area and the surrounding landscape inspiring, especially the unique village of Strathpeffer. I always endeavour to capture a sense of place and depth in every piece of work I undertake.
